All staff have NC Early Childhood Credentials or have earned a higher certificate/degree in Child Development or Elementary Education.  Some also have received their M.A. in Early Childhood Education.  All staff are required to have Child CPR & at least 10 hours of continuing education per year.



Beth Erber

A Hendersonville native, Beth currently lives in Fletcher with her husband Paul. She recently retired after teaching for over 30 years in the public school system. Beth earned BAs in early childhood education and special education, and two separate masters degrees in special education and supervision. An avid outdoorswoman, she enjoys hiking and gardening in her spare time. We're excited to have such an experienced and passionate educator heading up the Trinity Preschool team this year!

Betsy is a retired kindergarten teacher from Henderson County Public Schools. She has over thirty years teaching experience with a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and is a Reading Specialist.

Donna Becker

Donna has her Early Childhood Credentials, an Early Childhood Education Certificate, and an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Blue Ridge Community College. She is looking forward to starting her 17th school year with Trinity Preschool, and we are so proud and lucky to have such a dedicated teacher on our preschool team.

Trinity Preschool is excited to have Barbara Mazzeo back on the teaching team. Barbara was an assistant at Bruce Drysdale for 24 years and has worked at Trinity for 7 years. She loves to read. She is very happy to be back at Trinity. She lives in Hendersonville and has 5 grandchildren. Kelli Bush

Kelli is originally from Illinois. She has experience as a teacher's assistant and substitute teacher at the elementary school level. She and her husband have four kids, including one set of triplets! A big fan of hiking, Kelli discovered the Hendersonville area while visiting her in-laws and just knew it felt like home. Come meet our newest teacher at Trinity. We're proud and excited to have her on our team!
